This month’s HBF Derby was in Monmouth County at Stone Tavern Lake in Allentown, NJ on June 28. Everyone always enjoys this lake and this year we had good fishing weather. There were 14 in attendance bringing in 23 fish on the boats…48 bigger ones broke off….hahaha
It was nice to see some new faces as well as the those that have attended several, some since the HBF program started 6 years ago!!! Zach Grear got to experience bringing in his first large mouth bass ……vowing to be back for more! A few have already reached out to let us know they enjoyed themselves along with a couple of the volunteers expressing their honor to be part of giving back to our Nation’s Heroes.
