Woods n Water is teaming up with The Nature Conservancy of New Jersey on a project. The goal is to create a wellness garden at their Maurice River Bluffs location. The Wellness Garden will offer more mental health therapeutic opportunities than what already exist.
To make this project a success, some ground clearing and alterations will need to happen as well as some planting and relocating. Here is an opportunity to volunteer to a project that will serve to help many better their mental health for many years to come. Your small act can have a huge positive impact on others.
The Nature Conservancy has many locations that they maintain and provide information on each location for all to enjoy at no cost to anyone. Let’s give back and help with this project.
All needed tools/equipment for the project will be provided. If you like to wear gloves, please bring your own, as well as any food or beverage that you may want. Woods n Water will provide bottled water and some snacks for any volunteer assisting with this project.
