Join us for some FREE outdoor therapy\, hiking the Maurice River Bluffs.\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout this event\n\n\nWoods ~n~ Water would like to invite our Nation’s Heroes for a FREE day of outdoor therapy. On average\, 22 Veterans a day die from suicide. Being active in nature is a very therapeutic method to promote mental health wellness. Join us for you. Join us for others. \nWe will meet at the Maurice River Bluffs parking lot\, get acquainted\, hydrate\, grab a healthy snack\, pledge to our great Flag. \nWe provide bottled water\, fruit\, protein bars and other healthy snacks. \nFREE to all attending. We hit the trails by 10:00am. \n\n\n\n\nWoods ~n~ Water is holding their monthly hiking event on February 12 at the\nMaurice River Bluffs\, located in Millville\, NJ. \nThis is an outstanding location\, offering great scenery and trails that\nare both challenging and easy.
