DESCRIPTION:Attention Veterans\, Active Duty Members of the Armed Forces\, First Responders and their families!!!! \nREGISTER VIA EVENTBRITE!!!! \nLet’s start 2023 on the right foot by enjoying a healthy hike in nature. This will be our first hike event at Belleplain State Park. \nIf you are not military or a First Responder\, but wish to come out and get to know us to become a future volunteer\, we welcome you to join us as well. \nWe will provide bottled water\, healthy snacks and for Heroes that are attending their first WnW hiking event\, a custom WnW hiking stick. \nPlease be prompt and arrive by 10:00am & be sure to register on Eventbrite by clicking on tickets.

If so\, we Welcome you home & invite you to join others that have been as well to sit around a campfire breaking bread and shootin’ the shit……… let the conversation and mood direct the night. \nWe start the night at 1630\, but you are welcome to arrive when you can make it and it lasts as long as y’all want it to. Dinner will be ready at 1700. We will provide a campfire\, coffee\, bottled water\, snacks and dinner. All y’all have to do is keep the fire going. \nFor those that have a far travel\, we have limited accommodations available. SUMMARY:Mission: Night Out VIII
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a night out! \nOn the last Wednesday of the month we want everyone to forget work\, the bills\, housework and anything else that adds stress or takes away from having a relaxing good night out. We select a non-profit or a Hero owned establishment with a bar and a menu. \nThis month\, we will be holding the event at the Pine Hill Tavern. Pine Hill Tavern was owned by Army Vietnam Veteran Jay Rudderow. Jay\, unfortunately\, passed away June 12\, but his wife and children are keeping his legacy going by continuing to own and operate PHT after 45 years of ownership. \nWe will arrive by 6:00pm\, but everyone is welcome to arrive when they please. As with each Night Out\, we will hold a 50/50 with the winner receiving 50% of the pot and a gift card. The remaining 50% will be donated to the Veteran or First Responder charity of the Pine Hill Tavern’s choosing. Tickets are $5 per ticket. Drawing is scheduled to be drawn at 9:00pm.
