SUMMARY:Mission: Hero Hike
DESCRIPTION:We invite our Nation’s Heroes out for a morning hike at Ceres Park\, located in Mantua\, NJ. This will be our first time at this location\, so we will be doing one large group hike to learn it together. \nWe ask everyone to arrive by 9:00 am\, sign in\, grab a bottle of water\, a snack and enjoy the camaraderie. Being in nature is good for the mind\, body and soul. Be sure to wear appropriate attire/footwear for hiking through the woods. There good be some wet areas\, according to what was found during a research of the park.  \n\nWe plan on hitting the trail at 10:00\, after everyone has signed in and we have orientation\, followed with The Pledge of Allegiance. As mentioned\, this is a new trail\, therefore we are unsure of how long it will take for the hike.  \n\nVolunteers that enjoy hiking & desire to thank & serve our Nation’s Heroes\, feel free to register and join us.

SUMMARY:Mission: Night Out IV
DESCRIPTION:  \nJoin us for a casual night out!\n\nThe last Wednesday of each month\, we select a location to have a Night Out. We select a location that is either a non-profit or an establishment owned by a Veteran. Whether you are military\, a First Responder\, volunteer\, supporter or just want to join us\, please do.\n\nWe will be holding a 50/50 raffle as well. Our 50/50 is a bit different than most\, in that in addition to the winner getting 50% of the pot\, the winner will also receive a gift card (to be determined at the Night Out). The remaining 50% of the pot will go to a charity of the Surf Dogs choice.
