DESCRIPTION:Woods ~n~ Water is holding a boat fishing event for our Nation’s Heroes.\n\nIf you are a Veteran/Active Duty member of the Armed Forces or a First Responder\, please join us for a day of fishing\, camaraderie and friendly competition. Everything is FREE!\n\n***You must register via Eventbrite!!! Simply click on tickets/free of this event and it will direct you to the registration***\n\nIf you have your own gear\, bring it. If not\, we will provide what you need to have a good day on the water boat fishing. We will pair you up with a volunteer with a boat and angler experience to see which boat team will have bragging rights for the day.\nCategories:(3) 15″ Bass limitBig BassBig MiscellaneousBig Panfish\n\nVolunteers with a boat and fishing experience are wanted!!! Please register and we will pair you up with one of our Nation’s Heroes for an opportunity to show appreciation for their service and to provide a therapeutic day on the water. What better way to give back than to do something that you enjoy? Every day\, individuals that serve this great country die by suicide because of their time in service. Events like these have a positive impact on mental health and there have been studies done to prove that they do. Be part of a Hero’s journey to better mental health.\nAre you a Veterans or first Responders that have a boat we will pair you up with another Hero. If you have a friend or family member with a boat and would like to fish together\, we encourage you to join us.\nBoaters – 5:00am Non-boaters – 5:30\nWe ask that everyone arrive on time or earlier\, sign in\, enjoy some coffee\, water\, snacks/bagels\, get acquainted with everyone and hit the water by 0600. Everyone is to be back at the ramp by 1:00pm\, weigh your catch\, release your catch\, then start busting chops about who won what.

SUMMARY:5th Annual We Got Your 6 Poker Run & Resource Fair
DESCRIPTION:Please join us on our mission to serve our Nation’s Heroes by supporting our 5th Annual We Got Your 6 Poker Run & Resource Fair.\n\nAny vehicle is welcome to do the poker run. If you would rather not do the run\, but would like to be part of the event\, just go straight to Steakouts Homeplate in Pittsgrove\, donate $25 per person\, draw 5 cards\, get your food ticket\, then enjoy the day with us.\n\nRegistration is 9:00 – 11:00 at either starting point of your choice. Our National Anthem will be sung live at 1:00\, followed immediately with live music by The John Mountain Band and the food will be available until 3:00pm.\n\nIn between you will have an opportunity to try your luck with winning some gift baskets or a 50/50 drawing\, browse the resources and vendors that are participating\, play some cornhole toss and check out the military vehicles if they show. All winners will be announced at 4:30\n\nEach stop offers an opportunity to win a prize\, depending on who draws the designated card first. If you draw a card that you do not like and want to draw another\, you can for a $5 donation\, no limit.
