DESCRIPTION:Once again\, we are providing complete meals for our Nation’s Heroes. Last year\, we provided food to 23 Hero families. With your help\, we can increase that amount and broaden our reach further. If you know of a Hero or Hero family in need\, please contact us and let us know. Use the link provided to register Heroes via Eventbrite. \n  \nIf you are a business\, work at a school\, part of a group/organization\, etc.\, and would like to contribute to the mission\, there are a few ways to do so. One is to hold a food drive\, collecting non-perishable items. Another is to have others donate their free coupon from the grocery stores that provide turkeys and hams. DESCRIPTION:Join us at the Maurice River Bluffs for a mental health awareness ruck/hike. If you have visited the Maurice River Bluffs\, you already know the beauty and wellness there. If you have not visited it yet\, you are in for a treat. \nWoods ~n~ Water is teaming up with the VFW to bring awareness to mental health in general\, but also add in information to help you better understand what our Nation’s Heroes go through and how to react to them\, if you encounter them during a situation where they may need assistance. Bring your ruck sack\, if you have one\, and we will give you items to put in it. \nThis is open to ALL individuals in the community. Whether you have experience already or not\, join us for a healthy few hours in nature. We will provide bottles of water\, healthy snacks and important information on mental health. Everything is absolutely FREE!
