DESCRIPTION:Join us at the Maurice River Bluffs for a mental health awareness ruck/hike. If you have visited the Maurice River Bluffs\, you already know the beauty and wellness there. If you have not visited it yet\, you are in for a treat. \nWoods ~n~ Water is teaming up with the VFW to bring awareness to mental health in general\, but also add in information to help you better understand what our Nation’s Heroes go through and how to react to them\, if you encounter them during a situation where they may need assistance. Bring your ruck sack\, if you have one\, and we will give you items to put in it. \nThis is open to ALL individuals in the community. Whether you have experience already or not\, join us for a healthy few hours in nature. We will provide bottles of water\, healthy snacks and important information on mental health. Everything is absolutely FREE!
