DESCRIPTION:For this walk/ruck\, we will be at Cape May Meadows. \nJoin us for camaraderie\, information and a healthy activity. Whether you are an avid rucker or a couch potato\, this event is for you! These events are about connecting\, being active and taking a holistic proactive approach to better physical and mental health. \nWe will arrive at 9:00am and plan on hitting the trails at 10:00am. Please arrive prior to 10:00 to get signed in\, get to know the rest of the group. grab some snacks/water and get ready for the trails. \nCape May Meadows is well maintained by our friends at The Nature Conservancy. There are ADA trails available with braille reading and an ADA parking area. Much thought has been put into the Cape May Meadows including providing information about the area as well as the wildlife that reside and visit this location. \nWe are lucky to have a Nature Conservancy representative will be guiding us for this walk/ruck\, providing interesting information about Cape May Meadows. Our goal is to have an enjoyable\, informative journey through the trails and get to visit the historical bunker and hopefully the tower.
