What a great night with our Hero Families!!!
Woods n Water volunteer Jamie came up with the idea of holding this event after her daughter began working at Jersey Devil Gol and Fun Center. Jamie also donated the funds needed to rent the pavilion. Thank you Jamie!!!
Texas Roadhouse of Sicklerville, NJ donated chili, pulled pork, salad, rolls, and peanuts. Woods n Water purchased plain, sausage & pepperoni pizzas, snacks, cold cut sandwiches and beverages. Ice cream was included for everyone.
Army Hero, Trevor Jenni got two firepits going for everyone to enjoy in between their eating, mini golfing and hitting the driving range. Of course we had music and the Phillies game was on the TV as well. The evening started off with everyone picking out a Woods n water tumbler cup, followed by a short welcome speech, The Pledge of Allegiance to the greatest Flag in the world and prayer was led by Marine Hero Reid Willis. It was an honor to spend the evening with our Nation’s Heroes.
